Based across multiple cities including Delhi and other metropolitan areas, you will source, screen, and mobilize candidates such as masons, electricians, welders, and drivers, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of blue-collar recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing skilled and semi-skilled workers.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates such as Masons, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Drivers, and other blue-collar workers.
• Source candidates through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks.
• Screen candidates and verify their skills, experience, licences, and documents, as applicable.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, recruitment drives, and candidate mobilization.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates such as Masons, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Drivers, and other blue-collar workers.
  
• Source candidates through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks.

Requirements
