The role involves building pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely mobilization of candidates. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of blue-collar recruitment experience, strong networking and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel locally for recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in blue-collar, construction, driver, or field recruitment.
• Good understanding of skilled and semi-skilled manpower sourcing.
• Strong networking, communication, and coordination skills.
• Only Male candidates may apply.

• Source candidates such as Masons, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Drivers, and other blue-collar workers.
• Source candidates through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks.
• Screen candidates and verify their skills, experience, licences, and documents, as applicable.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, recruitment drives, and candidate mobilization.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.
