Job summary

Zoho in Gorakhpur is seeking a target-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to source and recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers for construction projects across domestic and international assignments.

You will identify candidates like masons, electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, and drivers through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals and field visits, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in blue-collar or field recruitment.
• Knowledge of sourcing skilled and semi-skilled manpower.
• Strong networking, communication and coordination skills.
• Male candidates only.
• Existing contacts with contractors, ITIs, vendors, or manpower suppliers will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks.
• Screen candidates and verify their skills, experience, licences, and documents, as applicable.

• Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.
