The role involves sourcing candidates such as masons, electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, fabricators, drivers and other blue-collar workers, while coordinating interviews, tests and mobilization. A target-oriented approach and willingness to travel locally are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of blue-collar, construction, driver, or field recruitment experience.
• Strong networking and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
• Experience sourcing skilled/semi-skilled workers from ITIs, contractors, vendors or manpower suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates such as Masons, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Drivers, and other blue-collar workers.
• Source candidates through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks.
• Screen candidates and verify skills, experience, licences, and documents if applicable.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, recruitment drives, and candidate mobilisation.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.
