Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a target-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to source and recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers for domestic and international projects, especially in the construction sector.

You will source candidates such as masons, electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, fabricators, drivers, and other blue-collar workers through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks. Travel locally for recruitment activities as required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
• Understanding of skilled and semi-skilled manpower sourcing.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
• Male candidates only.
