• Handle day-to-day billing activities for the CHA Export department.
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with vendors for rates and service-related requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream, preferably Commerce.
• Prior experience in billing within a CHA / Customs House Agent / Freight Forwarding setup.
• Hands-on experience with Logisys and SAP will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of vendor coordination, quotation preparation and invoice processing.
• Candidates with billing experience in Warehousing, Transportation, CFS or Logistics industries are also welcome.
• Good coordination, communication and Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage billing activities independently.
