Job summary

Express 3PL is seeking an Executive – Billing to manage billing for domestic and export shipments. You will ensure invoices and supporting documents are accurate and issued on time, with correct customer, product, quantity, pricing, tax, and shipment details.

The role requires 3+ years in billing, strong MS Excel skills, and hands-on experience with SAP/ERP. You will coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to meet deadlines and handle invoice adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum +12 or Diploma. Education in Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in billing and invoicing.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a must.
• Experience in 3PL, manufacturing or warehousing is preferred
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to manage billing within tight timelines.
