Job summary

Adani Enterprises Limited is seeking a Billing Executive for EXIM Yard / CFS to ensure timely and accurate billing of yard services, reconcile transactions, and support revenue assurance.

You will generate invoices as per tariffs and SOPs, verify operations before billing, monitor unbilled cases, and coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Finance and Customers. Prior experience in CFS/EXIM logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Logistics.
• 1+ years of experience in CFS, EXIM, Logistics, or Port Billing.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices as per tariffs, agreements, and SOPs.
• Verify operational transactions before billing.
• Monitor unbilled cases and ensure timely closure.
• Perform reconciliation between operations and billing systems.
• Process credit/debit notes with approvals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Customers.
• Support month-end closure, MIS, and audit requirements.
