Job summary

Lansys Infotech in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to drive US IT staffing initiatives from our Kukatpally office. You will market bench consultants, build vendor relationships, and support contract placements with strong communication and negotiation skills.

The role requires 1–5 years in US bench sales, with familiarity in C2C, W2, H-1B, GC, USC, and EAD. You will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing, C2C, W2, and contract placements.
• Experience marketing consultants with different work authorizations (H-1B, GC, USC, EAD).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management skills.

Job Summary

Lansys Infotech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at our Kukatpally office. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT staffing, consultant marketing, vendor management, and contract placement closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available bench consultants to US IT staffing vendors and implementation partners through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiters.
• Identify suitable contract requirements and match them with available consultants.
• Negotiate hourly billing rates, client margins, and contract terms.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placement closures.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants, vendor contacts, and job requirements.
• Meet daily marketing targets and work toward placement goals.
• Follow up consistently with vendors to maximize placement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing, C2C, W2, and contract placements.
