Job summary

Niktor in Hyderabad is seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter with 3 to 7 years of experience in marketing IT consultants for the US market. You will build vendor and client relationships, map opportunities, and manage submission processes for H1B, H1 transfers, GC, USC, OPT, CPT.

Role requires strong negotiation skills, knowledge of US tax terms, and ability to work independently and in teams. On-site position at Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad, with attractive incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing).
• Excellent knowledge of marketing H1B, GC, OPT, and USC candidates.
• Must have good vendor contacts and established relationships.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
