Career Soft Solutions is looking for experienced and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT staffing, marketing bench consultants, coordinating with vendors, and securing suitable client requirements for IT consultants. The role requires 2–5 years in US IT staffing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work night US shifts from our Kondapur office.

Formación

• 2-5 years of US IT Bench Sales Recruitment experience.
• Experience working with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to meet marketing and placement targets.
• Knowledge of different US visa types and work authorizations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Market bench consultants to US-based implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
• Identify suitable requirements for consultants on the bench.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and follow up on submissions.
• Negotiate hourly rates and contract terms with vendors.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and placement processes.
• Maintain consultant marketing reports and submission trackers.
• Work closely with internal recruiting teams to understand consultant skills and availability.
