Career Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–6+ years of bench sales experience to grow our active bench and deliver placements.

You will engage with Tier-1 vendors, customize resumes, and explore new market opportunities, including CPT/OPT EAD, GC, and H-1B transfers. On-site in Laxmi Cyber City, Kondapur, Hyderabad, you will manage vendor relationships, cold call prospects, and maintain accurate consultant profiles across job boards, while

• 2–6+ years of hands-on US IT Bench Sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve successful placements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants and maintain an active bench list.
• Handle placements for CPT, OPT EAD, GC, H1B and H-1B transfer candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors to generate more requirements.
• Customize resumes according to job requirements and submit them promptly.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with new vendors.
• Conduct cold calling and update consultant profiles across job boards.
• Maintain and regularly update vendor databases by client and region.
• Monitor market trends and explore new business opportunities.
