Shift: EST (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST) Night Shift

• Maintain an active bench list.
• Expertise in Placing CPT, OPT EAD, and H1B Transfers.
• Develop a cordial relationship with tier 1 vendors and get more requirements from them.
• Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit it to the vendor.
• Monitor and capture the new areas of the market.
• Develop new business areas and tier 1 vendors.
• Cold calling.
• Updating resumes on all job boards.
• Constantly updating the vendor database.
• Create vendor database client-wise and region-wise.
• Proven track record in managing and growing a bench of IT consultants.
• Strong understanding of the US IT consulting market and the bench sales process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and target‑driven environment.
