• Experience marketing consultants with various work authorizations (H-1B, GC, USC, EAD).

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to US IT staffing vendors and partners via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and recruiter relationships.
• Identify contract requirements and match with consultants.
• Negotiate hourly billing rates, margins, and terms.
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and closures.
• Maintain updated database of consultants, vendor contacts, and requirements.

• Negotiate hourly billing rates, client margins, and contract terms.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placement closures.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants, vendor contacts, and job requirements.
• Meet daily marketing targets and work toward placement goals.
• Follow up consistently with vendors to maximize placement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing, C2C, W2, and contract placements.
• Experience marketing consultants with different work authorizations, including H-1B, GC, USC, and EAD.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management skills.
