Role Description

US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Looking for 3 to 6 years of experience in US IT Staffing.

Salary: Competitive | Performance Bonus

Work Timing: EST timings

Preference Immediate Candidates: -

1. Candidate will be responsible for handling bench sales recruitment, including sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients, submitting bench consultants, negotiating rates, following up on interview schedules, and placing consultants.
2. Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs, and integrating them into projects.
3. Maintain good relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
4. Experience working with preferred vendors and on layers model.
5. Must have a vendor network.
6. Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, iLabor, Job Diva, Email groups, and other networking methods.
7. Knowledge of ATS and VMS portals is preferred.
8. Possess a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
9. Proficiency in Office tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
