Job summary

Logisoft IT Services Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking energetic Bench Sales IT Recruiters to join our US Staffing team. Freshers and early-career professionals with strong communication and a proactive approach will thrive in this role.

You will build relationships with vendor partners, understand client requirements, negotiate terms, coordinate interviews, and drive daily submission and placement targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable consultant profiles
• Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and ensure successful closures
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
• Maintain an updated database of consultants and vendor contacts
• Ensure regular communication with consultants regarding project updates
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets
