Signature IT World in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The role is fully onsite in Hyderabad, focusing on marketing and placing IT consultants on bench, managing vendor relationships, and driving placement targets.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of hands-on Bench Sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market.
• Experience working with vendors, clients and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of US visa/work authorization categories.
• Good understanding of contract/C2C staffing.
• Strong follow-up, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals.
