Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter to drive bench sales activities for IT consultants and expand vendor relationships from Hyderabad. The role requires experience in US IT staffing and hands-on ability to market consultants to clients.

The candidate should be proficient in negotiation, interview scheduling, and follow-up, with strong knowledge of US work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, and GC. This is a high-target, on-site position with active client engagement.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market.
• H1B experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of OPT, CPT, GC and other US work authorizations is an added advantage.
