Job summary

Futurism Technologies, INC. is seeking a BDE/Sr. BDE/BDM for US IT sales in Baner, Pune with night shift timings (6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST). The role requires 1–13 years of experience and is office-based Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates hold any graduation or an MBA, with strong skills in cold calling, persuasion, and lead generation, and a solid grasp of IT services. Ready to work in US business hours and drive outbound sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US shift timings.
• Basic understanding of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based clients.
• Generate and qualify IT sales leads.
• Identify client requirements and present company services.
• Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.
• Deal Closure Expertise: Proven track record of closing deals end-to-end.
• Scheduling Proficiency: Skilled in scheduling meetings with prospects.
• Lead Nurturing: Communicate via calls, emails, LinkedIn InMail, etc.
