Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Backend Sales Executive to drive inside sales, manage orders, and nurture customer relationships from office-based operations in Pune. You will coordinate with dispatch, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth end-to-end order processing to support company growth.

The role requires a Diploma or Graduate in Engineering/Science with at least 5 years in a similar sales role, preferably in product-based or instrument-based sectors, and excellent communication to handle

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries and requirements effectively
