The Product Support Executive acts as the primary technical and commercial liaison between the company, its product principles (foreign/Indian), and customers. This role is crucial for driving sales growth within a specific product line/vertical by engaging in front-end technical sales activities, collaborating with sales and product teams, and building strong customer relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Work with the foreign/Indian principle be their single point of contact.
• Work with Sales Directors, Back End Product Teams, and other stakeholders to help generate and grow sales for a specific product line and/or vertical.
• Perform front-end technical and sales activities for building business for a specific product line and/or vertical.
• Participate in sales strategy meetings to develop a strong understanding of the product line and industry.
• Visit customers to create and build relationships and solve their techno commercial queries and thereby increase sales.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to provide customers with product-specific techno Commercial support and other queries.
• Maintain and build excellent relationships with product principles

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate/Diploma/BE/B.tech [Preferably in Electronics background]
• Minimum 5years experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service or Order Management.
• Prior experience in distribution industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skill in English is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and ERP Systems [ie., Navision].
• Knowledge of business process and back office operations is essential.
• Candidates located in the nearby location is preferred.
