Job summary

Tendernews.com in Delhi is seeking a dynamic B2B Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of sales executives. You will drive daily and monthly targets, coach the team, monitor calls, refine pitches, and deliver daily and weekly performance reports.

You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, mentoring junior reps, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B inside sales, cold calling & lead generation.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate teams & train sales pitches.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
