As the successful candidate, you will lead and direct the telesales team to make high sales and enjoy
good patronage from clients; to obtain excellent records in call quality and service delivery

Job Description:

• Managing and mentoring the tele-sales team
• Providing coaching to team members on research techniques and telephone skills
• Monitoring calls, call quality, and revenue targets
• Ensuring that the executives meet the targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved
• Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives
• Create, maintain and publish productivity and related reports.
• Working closely with the inter‑department for projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with highest efficiency and quality

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2+ years of experience into Team Leader-Lead Generation into B2B Lead Generation only
• Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales
• Excellent verbal communication and coordination
• Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
