Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automobile Salesperson role based in Chalakkudy. The Automobile Salesperson will greet and assist customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Hyundai vehicles and financing options. Responsibilities include conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, explaining features and benefits, and clearly communicating pricing, offers, and warranty details. The role involves preparing sales documentation, coordinating with finance and insurance teams, and ensuring timely delivery and follow-up after purchase to support customer satisfaction and retention. The Automobile Salesperson will also maintain product knowledge, meet sales targets, update the CRM with customer interactions, and support promotional events and showroom displays.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse customers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Automotive Sales skills, including product knowledge, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
• Relevant skills in negotiation, basic finance understanding (loans, leasing, insurance), and CRM or sales software usage are beneficial.
• Prior experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred, along with a customer-focused mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework in business, marketing, or sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Chalakkudy, including weekends and peak business hours as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and capability to conduct safe, professional test drives.
