Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Coimbatore. The Sales Associate will engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their vehicle requirements, and guide them through model features, pricing, and financing or leasing options. The role includes conducting test drives, preparing quotations, handling documentation for vehicle booking and delivery, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience. The Sales Associate will also follow up with leads, maintain customer records, support promotional events, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including persuasive communication and closing skills in a retail or automotive environment.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles or willingness to learn vehicle features, variants, and finance options.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Good organizational and documentation skills for handling paperwork, records, and follow-ups.
• Comfort using computers and dealership CRM or sales systems to manage leads and customer data.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, including weekends or extended hours as per showroom requirements.
• Prior experience in retail or automotive sales is an advantage; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
