Role Description

The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations on Hyundai vehicles, features, and financing options. Responsibilities include conducting showroom walk-ins and test drives, explaining product benefits, preparing quotations, and supporting customers through the booking and delivery process. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, building long‑term customer relationships, and coordinating with the service and finance teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. The Sales Consultant is expected to meet sales targets while upholding Advaith Hyundai’s standards for professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive, trust‑based experience throughout the sales journey.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present product information clearly and handle negotiations effectively.
• Relevant experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred, along with the ability to meet targets in a fast‑paced showroom environment.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles, local market trends, and MS Office tools, as well as proficiency in English and regional languages, will be beneficial.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
