Job summary

Hire Beyond Consultancy is hiring a Sales Consultant for premium automobile brands in Pune. You will handle showroom sales, understand customer needs, explain features and financing options, and conduct vehicle demonstrations including test drives.

Ideal candidates have graduate or HSC with automobile sales experience; 15 years in automobile dealership sales preferred, with a compulsory 4-wheeler driving license. Freshers with strong communication may also be considered for selected brands.

Qualifications

• Graduate or higher secondary with automobile sales experience.
• 15 years of automobile dealership sales experience preferred.
• Experience with premium / passenger car brands will be an advantage.
• 4-wheeler driving license is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Handle showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and finance options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, references, digital enquiries and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with Finance & Insurance teams for smooth order processing and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM.
