Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions in Pune is seeking a dynamic sales and business development professional to identify new customers and market potential, and convert opportunities into sales.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely quotations, negotiations, and order fulfillment across the assigned region, while building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and market potential.
• Capture market trends and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Create PR with customers for new queries and business development.
• Understand market dynamics and competitive behavior.
• Collect receivables timely and rotate business.
• Collaborate with CSO, TS, SCM, Logistics, Finance, QA for sales and receivables.
• Know the region or allocated territory customer base.
• Explore new customers and plan visits.
• Generate new sales queries.
• Convert queries to sales and finalize orders.
• Prepare price quotations and negotiate to close PO.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch for order execution.

• 1. Identifying the new customer and market potential
• 2. Grabbing the market trend and converting into sales opportunities
• 3. Creating PR with customers for new query/business development
• 4. Understand the market dynamics, competition behavior.
• 5. Collecting the receivable timely and rotating the business
• 6. Teamwork with various Internal departments (CSO, TS, SCM, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse Service Providers, QA) for sales, business development and receivable
• 7.Know the region or allocated territory customer base.
• 8. Explore new customer & plan the visit to customer.
• 9. Generate new sales query.
• 10. Converting the new sales query to sale
• 11. Price quotation, negotiation, order finalization and taking the PO to process the order.
• 12. Coordinating with different function for production and dispatch
