• Manage pricing, profitability, and customer portfolios.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and effective credit management.
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
• Coordinate with Technical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, QA, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews.
