Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end insurance back-office tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and claims support.

• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, SLAs and client guidelines; update policyholder information as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy; document and track work performance and productivity.
• Participate in team huddles, trainings and knowledge-sharing activities; follow shift schedules.

• Operational Excellence:

• Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and client-specific insurance guidelines.
• Validate and update policyholder information and insurance documents..
• Quality and Productivity:
• Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets.
• Adhere to quality standards and participate in internal quality audits.
• Rework assigned cases promptly and implement feedback shared by the Team Leader or QA team.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and policyholder information.
• Keep accurate records related to work completed, productivity, and effort tracking.
• Actively participate in team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Follow attendance, break schedules, and shift adherence guidelines.
