Coventus AI Solutions Inc. in Coimbatore seeks an Insurance Process Associate – Lead to oversee and optimize our insurance back-office operations.

You will manage a team, ensure quality, handle key client escalations, and drive performance improvements in claims, underwriting, and policy servicing. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in insurance operations with 2–3 years in a lead role, strong MS Office skills, and deep domain knowledge of US/global processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in insurance operations with 2–3 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of US/Global insurance processes (claims, underwriting, policy servicing).
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage a team, drive performance, and handle client escalations effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
• 6–10 years of experience in insurance operations (BPO/KPO/Back-office) with at least 2–3 years in a lead/people management role.
• Strong knowledge of US/Global insurance processes (claims, underwriting, policy servicing).
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage a team, drive performance, and handle client escalations effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
