Cogneesol is seeking a detail-oriented professional for data processing and back-office support in Pune. You will handle insurance and back-office tasks with accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and comfort working night shifts in a collaborative team. Prior experience in data processing or documentation is preferred to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process incoming service requests as per defined guidelines and timelines.
• Validate information received from stakeholders and ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
• Provide support and assistance to onshore team.
• Perform data entry, record updates, and account setup in internal systems.
• Prepare and issue customer documents and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients for missing information or clarifications.
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks to meet turnaround times.
• Maintain activity logs and update status in system as per process guidelines.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
