Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Process Associate to manage end-to-end insurance back-office and data processing operations for P&C insurance. The role focuses on adhering to client processes, meeting productivity and quality targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in insurance operations within a BPO/KPO environment, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: perform back-office tasks like policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims support.
• Accurately process insurance data in client systems while meeting quality and TAT requirements.
• Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and client-specific insurance guidelines.
• Validate and update policyholder information and insurance documents.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets.
• Adhere to quality standards and participate in internal quality audits.
• Rework assigned cases promptly and implement feedback from Team Leader or QA.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and policyholder information.
• Keep accurate records related to work, productivity, and effort tracking.
• Actively participate in team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Follow attendance, break schedules, and shift adherence guidelines.
• Support team goals by being flexible during high-volume periods.
