The role involves ensuring adherence to client-specific insurance processes, meeting productivity and quality benchmarks, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance operations within a BPO/KPO environment, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of insurance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
  • Perform insurance-related back-office tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims support.
  • Accurately process insurance data in client systems while meeting quality and TAT requirements.
  • Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and client-specific insurance guidelines.
  • Validate and update policyholder information and insurance documents.
• Quality and Productivity:
  • Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets.
  • Adhere to quality standards and participate in internal quality audits.
  • Rework assigned cases promptly and implement feedback shared by the Team Leader or QA team.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and client requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and policyholder information.
  • Keep accurate records related to work completed, productivity, and effort tracking.
• Team Collaboration
  • Actively participate in team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Follow attendance, break schedules, and shift adherence guidelines.
