Job summary

Xceedance is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Analyst in Kolkata to understand end-to-end insurance processes and input data into systems. You will handle requests based on defined rules, participate in training, and contribute to daily/weekly reporting while maintaining quality and productivity targets.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and customer-oriented service to meet client expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in Insurance (Property and Casualty preferrable).
• Basic Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Excellent analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end insurance business.
