Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking an experienced leader to head an on-roll field sales team in the India market. The role focuses on driving B2C sales performance, managing portfolios, and delivering business growth with strict control of attrition and shrinkage.

Ideal candidates will have 14+ years in field sales leadership, strong B2C experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and fluency in regional languages. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years of experience in team handling (on-roll field sales team).
• Strong experience in B2C Sales.
• Good understanding of portfolio management.
• Expertise in attrition & shrinkage management.
• Insurance industry experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
