Policybazaar India is seeking a senior field sales leader to head a on-roll team in Vadodara. You will drive B2C sales performance, manage portfolio growth, and implement scalable sales processes to deliver business targets.

The role requires 10+ years of team-handling experience in field sales, strong expertise in attrition and shrinkage management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and mandatory proficiency in the regional language. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in team handling (on-roll field sales team).
• Strong experience in B2C sales.
• Good understanding of portfolio management.
