GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive premium luxury residential apartment sales in Hyderabad. You will generate and convert leads from high-net-worth buyers, conduct project presentations, and coordinate with CRM, marketing, finance, and legal teams to onboard customers.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead follow-ups and negotiations to bookings and closures—while building strong relationships with channel partners and brokers to sustain

Responsabilités

• Drive sales of high-rise luxury residential apartments and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate and convert leads from prospective buyers in the premium and luxury real estate segment.
• Handle HNI and UHNI clients and understand their residential and investment requirements.
• Conduct project presentations, property walkthroughs, and site visits for prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, property consultants, and real estate brokers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-ups, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
• Explain project specifications, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
• Monitor competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies in the luxury apartment segment.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain sales reports, monitor conversion rates, and deliver a premium customer experience.
