GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced luxury residential sales professional to drive high-rise project sales, handle HNI/UHNI clients, and build a high-performance sales pipeline.

You will lead presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures while coordinating with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales of high-rise luxury residential apartments and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop business opportunities and convert qualified leads into bookings in the luxury real estate segment.
• Manage HNI and UHNI clients, providing personalized property solutions and investment guidance.
• Lead project presentations, premium property site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and manage channel partner networks, real estate consultants, and broker relationships.
• Monitor sales team performance, pipeline progress, and lead conversion to achieve business objectives.
• Implement sales strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and luxury property demand.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer onboarding.
• Maintain sales forecasts, MIS reports, booking records, and revenue performance updates for management.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain long-term relationships with buyers throughout the sales process.
