Job summary

Meril is seeking a Tender Executive in Delhi to manage end-to-end orthopedic tenders from opportunity identification through submission. The role involves preparing technical, commercial and compliance documents and coordinating with Sales, Product, Finance and Regulatory teams for bids.

You will track EMD, PBG, tender deadlines and LOA/PO status while maintaining tender databases, pricing, competitor details and submission records.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end orthopedic tenders from identification to submission.
• Prepare technical, commercial & compliance documents as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance & Regulatory teams for bid preparation.

Responsibilities

• Identify tender opportunities in orthopedic space and assess requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical, commercial and compliance documents on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance & Regulatory teams to finalize bids.
• Track tender deadlines, EMD, PBG and LOA/PO status and ensure timely orders.
