Job summary

Walplast Products in Bengaluru is seeking a field sales executive to promote tile adhesives, epoxy grout, paints, gypsum and construction chemicals at construction sites. You will sample products, engage contractors and site engineers to establish brand presence.

The role includes organizing promotional campaigns, collecting market feedback, and building strong customer relationships while collaborating with senior sales staff to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.
• Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.
• Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer need assessments.
• Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
