The role requires 5-10 years experience in tile adhesives, epoxy grout paints, gypsum, and construction chemicals, and will involve close collaboration with senior sales staff.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Tile Adhesives, Epoxy Grout Paints, Gypsum, Construction Chemicals.
• Experience in RMC industry is a plus.
• Sales experience at construction sites advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sampling & site visits to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
• Branding at construction sites engaging contractors and engineers.
• Organize and participate in promotional campaigns and trade events.

• Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.
• Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.
• Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer need assessments.
• Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of experience in Tile Adhesives, Epoxy Grout Paints, Gypsum, Construction Chemicals RMC industry etc.
