Job summary

Walplast Products is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to drive market penetration across construction segments in Delhi/NCR. The role focuses on product sampling, site branding, and engaging with key site personnel to promote Walplast Products’ range of construction chemicals.

You will organize promotions, participate in trade shows, and conduct market research to understand customer needs, while building strong relationships and delivering effective solutions through collaboration

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Tile Adhesives, Epoxy Grout Paints, Gypsum, Construction Chemicals RMC industry etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Customer Centricity, Critical Thinking, Communication Skills, Trust, Drive for results, Planning & Organising, Nimble Learning.

Responsibilities

• Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.
