Job summary

Sika is looking for a candidate to provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers in Ahmedabad District. You will conduct laboratory testing, record findings, and engage with customers to enhance product performance.

In this role, staying updated on market trends and troubleshooting customer complaints is essential. The position involves periodic engagement with the Sika authorized applicator base and supporting the sales team with product sampling and demonstrations.

• Conduct laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement
• Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
• Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
• Provide technical support to customers/contractors on site.
• Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/demonstration at site.
• Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions.
• Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance.
• Periodic Engage with Sika authorised applicator base.
• Technical Product persentation at customer site/ office.
