Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with paid search, paid social, campaign analytics, conversion optimization, and performance reporting.
You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue while continuously improving campaign efficiency and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals, target audiences, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, audiences, budgets, bids, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance and scale successful campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Coordinate with website, product, and sales teams to improve landing-page performance and conversion rates.
- Implement and monitor tracking, pixels, conversion events, UTM parameters, and analytics dashboards.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs.
- Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, digital marketing trends, attribution models, and industry best practices.
- Identify new paid acquisition channels and opportunities for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, retargeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good understanding of landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
