Job summary

MADAAN EXPORTS is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on leads, conversions, ROAS and ROI. You will manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, drive lead generation and ecommerce initiatives, and collaborate with design and content teams to improve performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with clear reporting

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of paid advertising and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube campaigns.
• Drive lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL & ROI.
• Manage Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4 & conversion tracking.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies and audiences.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Work with Design, Content & Development teams to improve campaign performance.
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve business goals.
