Job summary

Phitku Namastu Enterprise is seeking an Operations professional to oversee the full order journey—from manufacturing to warehouse and delivery. You will manage quick commerce and marketplace operations, onboarding platforms, stock availability, order fulfilment, and SLA compliance.

You’ll coordinate with logistics partners, perform rate negotiations, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces, quick commerce platforms or D2C operations.
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting; comfortable with WMS/OMS.
• Good vendor negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full order journey from manufacturing to warehouse to customer delivery.
• Manage quick commerce and marketplace operations including onboarding, stock, order fulfilment and SLA.
• Coordinate with logistics partners; review performance, negotiate rates and resolve escalations.
• Track key metrics: on-time delivery, fill rate, RTO/returns, damage/loss, cost per order.
• Plan inventory with Marketing and Revenue for campaigns and festive peaks.
• Coordinate with Customer Support to resolve delivery complaints and root causes.
• Lead and coach Senior Executives; set targets and review performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operations dashboards for Manager and leadership.
• Build and document SOPs for each stage of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

warehousing and inventory, and last mile delivery.

• Manage quick commerce and e-commerce marketplace operations, including

platform onboarding, stock availability, order fulfilment and SLA compliance.

• Manage logistics partners and courier aggregators: performance reviews, rate

negotiation, escalations and issue resolution.

• Track and improve key metrics such as on-time delivery, order fill rate, RTO/returns,

damage and loss, and cost per order.

• Plan inventory with Marketing and Revenue teams so stock is ready for sales

campaigns and festive peaks.

• Coordinate with Customer Support to resolve delivery complaints quickly and fix their

root causes.

• Lead and coach Senior Executives on the team; set targets and review performance.
