Arihant Hr Consultancy is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage day-to-day D2C operations, e-commerce marketplace activities, and Quick Commerce logistics. The role covers coordination with 3PL warehouses, couriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time dispatches and delivery, along with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central processing.

You will monitor PO fulfillment, stock availability, and delivery TAT while maintaining ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS data accuracy and completing essential logistics

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day D2C logistics, e-commerce marketplace, and Quick Commerce operations.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, courier partners, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Handle Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central operations, order processing, PO tracking, and inventory updates.
• Monitor PO fulfillment, fill rate, stock availability, OOS SKUs, shipment ageing, and delivery TAT.
• Manage courier pickups, NDR, RTO, reverse logistics, customer returns, RTV, and shipment claims.
• Coordinate dispatch planning, vehicle placement, delivery appointments, POD tracking, and SLA adherence.
• Maintain accurate operational data across ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, and marketplace portals.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and track operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation, including e-way bills, invoices, transporter billing, and shipment records.
• Resolve operational escalations, coordinate reconciliations, and ensure timely closure of pending issues.

Preferred Profile

• 1+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, D2C, E-commerce, or Marketplace Operations.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL partners, inventory management, and operational MIS.
• Relevant platform experience in Amazon or Quick Commerce is an added advantage.
