The role requires coordinating with vendors, procurement, sales, and city operations to ensure timely vehicle availability and adherence to SOPs.

The ideal candidate will drive KPI performance, optimize processes, and lead a team to maintain high operational standards across locations.

Qualificações

• 4–8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in vendor management, transportation, inventory control, and logistics planning.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and able to analyse metrics.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Logistics Management: End-to-end vehicle movement and on-time delivery.
• Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate with supply teams, vendors, transport partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Inventory Management: Monitor vehicle inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build relationships, negotiate rates, monitor service quality, SLA.
• Process & Cost Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and reduce transportation costs.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like TAT, timelines, costs, vendor performance.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with procurement, sales, refurbishment, and city ops teams.
• Team Management: Lead operations teams and enforce SOPs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Use data dashboards to identify gaps and support decisions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager Logistics & Supply Chain to manage end-to-end logistics, inventory movement, supply coordination, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure timely vehicle movement, optimize logistics costs, streamline supply chain processes, and maintain high operational standards across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: Manage end-to-end vehicle movement, including pickup, transportation, inter-location transfers, and delivery within defined timelines.
• Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate with supply teams, vendors, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth vehicle flow and supply availability.
• Inventory Management: Monitor vehicle inventory, stock movement, ageing, and reconciliation across locations to minimize delays and discrepancies.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with logistics partners, negotiate rates, monitor service quality, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Process & Cost Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, improve logistics efficiency, reduce transportation costs, and standardize processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), delivery timelines, vehicle movement, logistics costs, and vendor performance.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, sales, refurbishment, and city operations teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and fulfilment.
• Team Management: Lead operations teams, establish accountability, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Reporting & Analysis: Use operational data and dashboards to identify gaps, improve productivity, and support business decisions.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in vendor management, transportation, inventory control, and logistics planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, vehicle movement, and last-mile logistics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to analyse operational metrics.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution, cost efficiency, and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automobile, two-wheeler, e-commerce, logistics, or used-vehicle industry.
• Experience managing multi-location logistics and distributed inventory.
• Familiarity with logistics KPIs, SLA management, route planning, and vendor performance tracking
