Job summary

Trisara Solutions Pune is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations professional to own end-to-end performance across e-commerce platforms and offline channels. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual supply plans to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.

You will coordinate procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution, and work with procurement, finance, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in order processing, inventory management, or operations roles.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic analysis).
• Experience handling multiple marketplaces (E-commerce / quick-commerce platforms).
• Good understanding of inventory flow, order lifecycle, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business performance on assigned e-commerce platforms and offline channels of B2B and B2C Channels.
• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual supply chain strategies to ensure seamless product availability and cost optimization
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and distributors to ensure timely dispatches, deliveries, and GRN closures
• Work closely with internal teams (procurement, finance, warehouse, sales, and operations) for smooth execution
• Monitor and optimize inventory health, stock turns, fill rates and wastage/shrinkage
• Ensure demand forecasting and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Track and analyze key metrics including inventory turnover, supply chain cost, service levels, and order fulfillment rates
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Manage and improve offline sales channel operations, including distributor and retail network performance
• Plan and execute seasonal demand spikes, festive supply planning, and bulk order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and logistics partners

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or offline operations management
• Familiarity with ERP systems or warehouse management tools
